Tae Kwon Do is a way of life. No matter if you are looking to get in shape or gain confidence and increase your self belief, we can help. We are here for all who wish to explore the art of Tae Kwon Do, or are looking for an art that allows them to try out a variety of mental and physical activities.

Mike Meese 2nd Degree Black Belt, is a Fully Certified Instructor and Tournament Umpire in Tae Kwon Do.

Mike can teach you how to build strength and increase energy, develop self confidence, and shape your overall self in body and mind.

Classes are held every Sunday 2-3pm and Thursday 7pm-8pm.
