T.A.G.B. WASCO WORLD CHAMPIONS AGAIN!!

Congratulations to the TAGB men & ladies team who travelled to Croatia and lifted the WASCO world championships for the 2nd year running…

DISNEYLAND, PARIS. FEBRUARY 2010.

This event will take place on February 20th 2010 and this time there will be a senior event as well as juniors. It is hoped that on the Saturday evening there will be an ‘All star’ event, where the TAGB National team will fight the National Karate team. All information on this event will follow as soon as possible.

CLASH OF THE TITANS.

Martial Arts Illustrated magazine have invited the TAGB men’s team to compete in the Clash of the Titans event. This will be held in Huddersfield on November 14th. The TAGB have previously won the event on two occasions. This is an all styles competition. Make sure you’re there to support our team.

GRANDMASTER C.K. CHOI

In March 2010 Grand Master C.K. Choi will visit the UK for ten days to conduct seminars for the TAGB around the UK. Once the itinerary is set we will forward you all information regarding times, venues and prices.

PAT MALLON

It is with deep regret that we have to announce the sad loss of Mr. Pat Mallon, who was badly injured in a road traffic accident and later died in hospital in the USA, where he was residing.

Dave Oliver recalls Pat was the first instructr in Scotland to bring his schools into membership of the TAGB and went on to become one of the original TAGB representatives. Pat had a very successful academy in Washington DC and will be sadly missed by all his students who trained with him and he will be sadly missed by all his old friends in the TAGB who will not forget his forthright and dynamic personality. Pat Mallon was a great martial artist and a lovely human being. Pat leaves a widow Val and a daughter Tylan.

THE ROTARY CLUB 100th ANNIVERSARY DEMONSTRATION.

The TAGB Demonstration went down a storm at the NEC. Both demo’s were performed in front of 12,000 people. We would like to thank the following people who put themselves out on our behalf and gave up their week-end for the TAGB. It will not be forgotten.
