Dear Student

You are invited to attend the South Midlands Area tournament on Sunday February 5th 2012 in Hereford.

School uniforms can be worn.

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES

All entries must be received by Monday 23rd January,and sent to your instructor in an envelope with your

NAME, AGE, WEIGHT (SENIORS) HEIGHT (JUNIORS), WHAT YOU WISH TO ENTER, H
HOW MANY SPECTATORS TICKETS ARE REQUIRED. PAYMENT AS BELOW:

Please make cheques out to your instructor

Competitors £12 Per Event. Spectators £8.

If you are only in the team event you must purchase a spectator ticket to gain entry.

SCHEDULE

All competitors to arrive at 9.30am.

(9TH KUPS CAN ENTER IN THE YELLOW/GREEN BELT DIVISIONS)

The winners of the male and female sparring divisions will be put into 2 separate divisions to fight off for Grand champion.

There will also be a pattern Grand Champion, Male/Female/Junior Boy/Junior Girl.

Also at this event there will be a Tiny Tots Division in Team as well as Individual. (Y/G belt only)

Please register to help, or you will be asked to pay a spectators fee.

 

PLEASE NOTE !!!

THERE ARE NO CADET OR EXECUTIVE DIVISIONS IN THIS EVENT.
